Superior client support is Tracie Caplinger’s number one priority at V Wealth. As a Client Service Specialist, she holds a variety of administrative and operational responsibilities, including internal billing, client services and executive support. She joined V Wealth in 2015 and has deeply enjoyed interacting with clients, while helping further strengthen the firm’s culture of trust, respect, and teamwork.
Tracie appreciates her team that values both clients and one another. She believes the group reaches its goals and manages clients’ needs positively. She is thankful that the management team ensures a good work-family balance and a happy atmosphere.
Before V Wealth, Tracie worked at an accounting firm in Louisburg, Kansas, where she lives with her family. She has also provided executive, payroll, and bookkeeping support at an IT company in Overland Park. She moved to Kansas in 2004 from the Denver area where she earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado. Tracie and her husband, Lane, have three kids and return to Colorado regularly to camp, boat, and fish together. She volunteers as a small group lead for children at her church and is a team mom for her son’s varsity HS football team.
