Jeff brings a thorough approach to financial planning beyond focusing on investment returns to show how appropriate decisions can increase value. A diligent problem solver and candid communicator, he works with each client to determine what true financial freedom looks like and how to pursue short- and long-term goals. Jeff is also responsible for ensuring the V Wealth team has the most up-to-date technology that adjusts to changing trends and provides the best information and analysis.
Previously, Jeff spent 20 years in the agriculture industry as a grain trader for Scoular, where he led operations and logistics for multiple elevators. He also was engaged in business development, helping to acquire and integrate new businesses. Seeing an opportunity for a transition, he decided to pursue his lifelong fascination with financial markets by joining Waddell and Reed as a financial advisor, followed by a move to V Wealth in 2019.
Jeff grew up in southwest Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University. He and much of his extended family now live in the Kansas City area where he enjoys participating in community activities.
