Barrett Banister

Barrett is a dedicated professional with a passion for working with people and a strong background in athletics. Growing up in Fayetteville, Arkansas, he balanced his time between sports, church activities, and family time. His commitment to teamwork and leadership was evident from an early age, and these qualities have been central to his personal and professional relationships.

During his college years at the University of Missouri, Barrett played football for the Tigers and served as a team captain, achieving top 15 all-time for players in receptions. Off the field, he was recognized for his academic achievements, earning the SEC Honor Roll distinction five times, and contributing to the community as part of the SEC community service team. Barrett’s academic journey culminated with two degrees: a Bachelor’s in Sports Management and a Master’s in Psychology.

Barrett has settled in Kansas City, Kansas, where he works with V Wealth. He holds Series 7 and 66 licenses and plans to pursue a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation in the future. Barrett is married to Sarah, whom he met during his college years at Missouri, and together they are eagerly anticipating the birth of their baby boy in January. Outside of work, Barrett is an avid golfer and cherishing moments with his family and friends.
