For Tracie Caplinger, delivering superior client support has always been at the heart of her work. Since joining V Wealth in 2015, she has taken on a variety of responsibilities as a Client Service Specialist, including client service, reporting, and executive support. What she enjoys most is connecting with clients and strengthening the team-centered culture that makes V Wealth unique.
Before her time with the firm, Tracie gained experience in accounting, payroll, and executive support roles in both Kansas and Colorado. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado and moved to Kansas in 2004, where she and her husband, Lane, settled in Louisburg to raise their family.
Family is an important part of Tracie’s life. Her oldest daughter is married and recently made her a proud grandmother to her first grandson. Her middle daughter is a Kansas State graduate and now works as a middle school art teacher. Her youngest, a son, is studying at Washburn University while competing as a pole vaulter on the track and field team. Tracie and her family love spending time outdoors—camping in Colorado, riding dirt bikes, hiking, and visiting family there—as well as boating and fishing closer to home in the Midwest. She also enjoys serving her community as a small group leader at her church.
